Important Notes

1) Please provide the design in the highest resolution possible, preferably in a vector format such as EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator) or SVG, Corel

2) If your design does not meet our high-definition standards, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

3) If your design requires additional work due to its complexity, this may result in an increased cost.

4) If you experience difficulties uploading your image due to file size or format restrictions, you can send it to us via email at info.asia@tenstickers.com.

5) Convert word documents (.doc) to pdf format

6) The measurements will be calculated in proportion to the entire design you upload, so be careful if your image has white margins around it. We strongly recommend you get rid of these margins.

7) The material of our T-shirts and bodysuits is made of cotton.
